Thank you for being here, reading my story and for choosing to help. I am actively searching for a living kidney donation, and there are three valuable ways you can help me with this!

Any and all of these actions can be the key to receiving a living donor kidney transplant before I become too sick.

Here are the details you will need:
Advise them that you would like to explore a directed kidney donation for Krista Merkley
They will ask for my Nephrologist’s name: Dr. Andrew House - LHSC
You will be asked to provide an email address where they can send you information and forms
Please note that you will not be considered as a potential donor until you return the completed forms to them.
As a reminder, you can change your mind at any time and no information is shared with me unless you choose to do so. To begin the process, you simply need to call the number and they will send you some helpful donor information as well as a medical questionnaire to fill out.
For me to find a living donor, my story needs to be shared widely. Word of mouth, email, social media - sharing my story with the people you know could help me find the donor I need. We want to make that easy for you.
